The staff was really nice Ashley was really nice to me and my daughters I'm sure she will remember me and two other ladies the one with braids and the other one with glasses they were very nice everyone was very nice the food was good I think you should add boiled eggs to the menu and let the customers be able to take their food back to their room and eat breakfast people are not as clean as other people, when I eat my breakfast I don't want to hear someone blowing their nose just a thought!!!

I really enjoy the room and especially the shower. The kitchen with a fridge so that I could keep my soft drinks cold. I enjoyed the comfort of the bed. I appreciate how clean the rooms were and I enjoyed the breakfast and the kindness of the staff especially the front desk clerk. I didn't get her name. She was very helpful and they were getting ready for a Christmas party. The lobby was amazing. I found a hotel that I will continue to reserve a spot each time i come back to Spring.

Customer service at the front desk was great. They called our room 30 minutes after we arrived just to check to make sure that everything was comfortable in the room. Great hospitality

It was clean. One could tell that the place was out dated and repairs have been done, but it was functional and clean which was a great suprise for a value hotel.
